Creative Management has recently entered into a contract with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) SME Finance and Development Department to oversee and coordinate various business development projects.

Leading transformation for SMEs across EBRD regions

As part of the EBRD International Advisory (IA) Programme, the goal is to drive transformation for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) across EBRD operating regions, encouraging their growth and development as key drivers of their local economies. Specifically, the IA programme targets a select group of fast-growing SMEs with the potential to become industry leaders. The programme utilises a transformative advisory approach built on a solid mentoring foundation. It mobilises experienced executives and consultants from strategic thematic areas and sectors who may not otherwise be available to SMEs in the region.

Team coordinator for digital transformation projects

In this capacity, Creative Management will serve as the Team Coordinator (TC), responsible for screening companies, identifying project objectives, ensuring client alignment, sourcing advisors, and monitoring project progress from delivery to closure.
