Regardless, AI is already reshaping the world of knowledge management. It may replace certain roles, but it will undoubtedly assist, optimize, and amplify human work.
While AI is surrounded by significant hype—and, as with many technological bubbles, inflated expectations may give way to disillusionment—the underlying transformation is real and irreversible.
