RMD interim CEO and digital transformation

RMD is a multi-brand dental equipment repair workshop. Sales stagnated after COVID-19, and RMD had a patchwork customer management based on EXCEL and manual processes.

With an excellent operational baseline installed capacity, the team couldn’t increase market share.

We set up Zoho One in less than two months, migrating all data from Excel files and the SAGE accounting platform. Using Zoho campaigns, we re-energized digital marketing.

The sales pipeline was redesigned and automated with Zoho CRM. The team gathered customer information to segment it according to dental medical specialisations.

The repair cycle workflow was automated, integrating multi-channel customer communication and automating the existing manual processes.

Cavalos na Areia marketing and operations

Cavalos na Areia is the leader in horse-riding experience in Portugal. 
We implemented the ZOHO CRM core in two weeks. Automated customer interactions with structured emails. Credit card payments were introduced for international customers.  
Social media management was integrated with Zoho Social, managing more than 57,000 followers.
A completely new website designed by an agency and implemented by creative management introduced new services. 
A management dashboard provides a 360º business view.
The year 2023 was the best year ever in sales.

With multiple non-integrated platforms, managing this hospitality group was a patchwork. We integrated all platforms using analytics and dashboards: created a profit centre structure, and restructured accounting. Every month our team sits with Silent Living management to review results and key indicators and work on further analysis.

Cellnex management dashboards

Data cleaning and analytics to support architecture integration
We develop an excel pilot project to extract and integrate multiple data sources. Extensive data quality analysis ensured consistency across sources.
Later we evolved for a Microsoft Power BI for more advanced ETL, data quality analysis and dashboards.
Dashboards provided a 360º vision of tower locations, assets, maintenance, rents paid, revenue assurance and site profitability.
Selected operational dashboards were implemented to support ongoing management decisions.
The data analysis also supported the data migration preparation for implementing the new ‘tower management solutions.
