RMD interim CEO and digital transformation
RMD is a multi-brand dental equipment repair workshop. Sales stagnated after COVID-19, and RMD had a patchwork customer management based on EXCEL and manual processes.
With an excellent operational baseline installed capacity, the team couldn’t increase market share.
We set up Zoho One in less than two months, migrating all data from Excel files and the SAGE accounting platform. Using Zoho campaigns, we re-energized digital marketing.
The sales pipeline was redesigned and automated with Zoho CRM. The team gathered customer information to segment it according to dental medical specialisations.
The repair cycle workflow was automated, integrating multi-channel customer communication and automating the existing manual processes.
